144 Studios was created to serve as an outlet for the passion of screenwriting and filmmaking
of its founder Rob Gross. A certified public accountant, Rob used his screenwriting hobby to
stimulate the right side of the brain.
When Rob's short script "Tanked" was produced and directed by Rich Keel, it stoked the fire,
and soon Rob packed his bags and moved to Hollywood. Well, not yet anyway. The
production of "Tanked" led to more projects including the most recent production titled
"Fiduciary Duty."
Rob has written over two dozen short screenplays. With an action/suspense feature "New World
Order" under his belt, Rob is currently penning a comedy feature based on his other passion,
baseball.
144 Studios is not just a business, it is a team of screenwriters, filmmakers, actors, and crew
